We are not able to grant cancellation requests if the order process has already begun.

I have an issue with the order I received. How do I get help?

First, hold onto your packing slip until your issue is resolved! Your packing slip is required for all help requests. Double check your packing slip and the envelope your items arrived in. Oftentimes, missing items are overlooked. If you still have issues, send us a message on Etsy with images of your packing slip AND the items received. Our customer service team will review ASAP to assist you!

Very nice, purchased the gold setting with clear stones border. Center stone in green. Bought one as a test. Then went and bought more of the same. Cute, quality, and are dainty. Nice size and weight. Looks just like the picture except the writting in dim light does not look as clear as I thought it would be since it's in red. I'm still pleased with my purchase . That's not a deal breaker for me. Good quality. Would buy again in another style. Colors are vivid and not a eye sore. Pleased with my purchase.
