I'm happy with the jump rings, but not with the customer service I received. I had bought a few charms from this shop to put on clicker hoops, but the loops on the charms weren't big enough, and I wrote to the company to ask which size jump ring they would recommend to go with the particular charms I had bought. They wrote back the next day asking for information I had already provided, suggesting they hadn't really read my message; I responded; and when they finally wrote back 27 hours later, they recommended the most expensive jump rings they sell, which to my mind would have been much too big, both in diameter and in gauge. I felt like whoever was writing to me was just trying to make a few extra dollars rather than actually helping me with my purchase.
